I have eye floaters that appeared after tapering off my two month usage of ativan. Why does this happen?

I have several options to try and remedy it...

Forgot to ask..Have you seen a recommended protocol so that one doesnt hit tolerance or experience dependency? Is it possible this can correct the chemical levels or is this simply a "it works only...

Thx brass..I want to be careful and start off low. But I'm not sure if I can split up enteric coated pills. They do have non enteric but i heard that the pills are very unstable or cause stomach...

Also keep in mind I have lyme disease..which causes a lot of my neuro symptoms. May need some help when it comes to anxiety and depression as lyme screws with the chemicals.

Boy it is tough to find info on this. Has anyone tried it? I am not on any meds right now. These come in enteric coated pills, is there anyway to break these open and start off slow?

How exactly will I get serotonin if I take it at night? Tryptophan makes me veryyyy tired if I take during the day but I heard it converts to only melatonin at night.

I realized that klonopin does not feel the same as ativan. Is there a dose difference? does 0.5mg klonopin=0.5mg of ativan? I can take the smallest amount of ativan and it will feel amazing even...

Brassmonkey, i know you are very knowledgeable. Do you know anything about relora. It lowers cortisol but supposedly works on gaba. I'm not sure of all the scientific talk. But does it look okay...

That's what I thought too but wouldn't that take me about the amount of time I've been on the benzo. Then I'd be on for a total of 4 months?

Thanks. If I do take kava kava it will be on its own. Not combined with anything. I have been taking supplements (relora, seriphos) to lower my very high cortisol. I'm sure those would be okay...

I can't believe this stupid mess I'm in. How bad will it be to withdraw from benzos after two months, with a day off here and there. I always used a range of .25 to 1mg. I was mostly at the 0.5mg...

Can i take ashwagandha at a different time then the benzos. I stopped taking the tyrosine, it may be stimulating me. But i wont know as its only been one day off.
