Thanks! A withdrawl holiday it is then, I had been feeling pretty ok up until the weekend, then a random wave of withdrawl/anxiety/derealization has hit me again, so could do with fully levelling out...

Thanks guys, unfortunately Pharmacies dont offer the compounding service in the UK, and my doc seems really unkeen to offer the liquid Paxil (seroxat in UK) so I guess that makes my mind up for me!!...

Im gonna give this a bash, i tried 5% drops every 2-3weeks but even that gives me a week or 2 of withdrawl symptoms, this could be a good approach for me! Thanks again!
