Re: feeling absoutely defeated.

Re: feeling absoutely defeated.
I have been to social anxiety forums and they help sometimes, but other times I need to stay away from them because they really get me down. It's like looking in a mirror and the view is a harsh one....

Re: feeling absoutely defeated.
Hi again. I've been wanting to post in here but I have been so far in the gutter that I didn't feel like it.
The last week has been really, really difficult. I went back to work on Thursday and...

Re: feeling absoutely defeated.
yes, that's me. I particularly go into big depressions when I'm at a point of transition in my life, or when someone dies. (which is not surprising for anyone, but for me they are especially bad.)...

Re: feeling absoutely defeated.
I get what you are saying, but I have had episodes of depression before, during, and after Paxil. I am happy for you that you have never had to experience one except during withdrawal. Looking back,...

Re: feeling absoutely defeated.
The timing is just too good for it to be a coincidence. 2 weeks after I took the last dose, the onset happened. I was feeling horribly depressed for a few hours each morning, then I would be fine. A...

severe social anxiety disorder and depression.
it was those two things, and I guess I would say a more anxious state as well. I have never had depersonalisation or derealisation, from what I gather...

Re: feeling absoutely defeated.
hi again paxil pals. Well, I saw my therapist today. We both agreed that I am going through a major depression, and that I need to see a psychiatrist stat because I am just not stable. I know that...

Re: feeling absoutely defeated.
Yeah. I was on 80 for 5 of those 12 years. It was a vicious circle. For instance, 20mg outlived its usefulness, and my psychiatrist at the time would just keep bumping it up until I found myself at...

Re: Paxil losing its effectiveness

Not doing so well this weekend. I see my therapist on Tuesday. Not sure where to go from here. It's been 10 weeks and my patience is wearing thin. The craziest thing about this is that physically I...

feeling absoutely defeated.
Hi guys, I've been Paxil free since March 12. (I tapered, but not cold turkey). I'll try to remember to put my info in my signature after I make this post, so I don't have to explain myself every...
