All supplements not harmless

Some herbal remedies may have undesired effects which I think is important to consider while in WD and willing to try anything to feel better. Found that the relaxing Valeran and Passiflora may be toxic to the liver. Take a look at this link, some useful information here and hopefully neutral (= not selling anything).

Re: All supplements not harmless

Sorry about that, Bev! Knew you would be interested. Tried to find it again but I couldnīt. Should have bookmarked it which I didnīt of course. Had visited hundreds of sites when I found it and just canīt find it again. No time to look through all of them now but will get back with a working link whenever I find it. The herbs mentioned on the site were ginger, passion flower, St Johnīs wort, ginseng, kava kava, hops and some others known to work on neurotransmitters. Seems the only one safe during WD is ginger. Hope I find it again.

Hey Zolo! These things really do work in different ways for different people. Sounds like you got a lesson the hard way! I'm sure glad you are feeling better today.
