my experiance...

since i cannot describe it,
i'll try to go over the 1 particular experiance

today, at men's warehouse, i was picking up my tux,
they have those stands with shoes, they're set up on
a slight diognal incline, i was just looking around
and then for a second it felt like one of the pairs,
could just slide down.. idunno how else to put it,
its different from simply getting dizzy.. i guess

this happens in different ways with diff things
i wasnt even going to write the post b/c idunno
how to describe it

right after the experiance i get like a hot flash or sumting,
its this uncomfortable feeling i get for like 2 seconds
b/c i know w/e just happen is not right, and i noticed it
and i get scared,

and i feel like maybe i'm not taking euff stuff or maybe too much?
i take 2-4grams of Vit C, i increased it now that i have a slighlty sore troat,
i take a very small amount of magnesium, under the recomded dose,
morning and nite; and i take the Twinlab ammino fuel, which contains inositol, niacin, and like 12 amino acids

i'm going to go ahead and start the Vit B complex on monday, c what happens

since the last post i belive, i've gotten over the extreme sensitivity to sound or w/e it was, i dont have to turn down the radio in the car everytime i hear some noise to is if it was the radio, the car or w/e

idunno what else i can do,
i'm almost got over the sound thing, and now i got this dizzy like feelin,
this is as i type right now: when i type the monitor shakes slightly, and this relates to
that feeling very much, BUT i know that i'm making it shake by typing, iduno this is nuts
everytime something gets a lil better, somethingelse crops up
i just wish there's something i could do, 2 help myself *deep breath*

Norb what you are experiencing WILL disappear over time. Just keep riding out these aweful moments knowing that in time they will be gone altogether.

Hey Norb,

I wanted to tell you to have a great time tonight. I hope you passed today and your patch stayed on. Heres a hint for you too. If you did just iron it on, you will eventually need to sew it or have it sewed, or the washings will loosen them. I sewed many on till my son got his black belt in Tae Kwon Doe.

I sewed many on till my son got his black belt in Tae Kwon Doe. Lilly __________________ 1 .5 Xanax a day for one month. C/T. Same year, 3 .5 mil Xanax a day, 4 by the end. Pooped out on me. 1 1/2 years on the drug. Doctors taper. Very bad w/d. 9 months later took 10 mg Paxil and my Xanax w/d dissapeared. On 20 mg by end. Pooped out on me. C/T then restarted it again after 3 days and big blow up. 6 months taper, never feeling much better. 2 1/2 years solid w/d then sporadic stuff for 5 years. Completely recovered! Drug free since June 2001.
