Weening (Day 2)

Today my stomache is killing me. I can not concentrate and my scalp is sort of itchy/tingly.

that is where I am today, not sure if that is normal or not...

60MG of Paxil
80MG of Paxil
.5MG of XANAX
50MG of SEROQUEL
Quit All Cold Turkey (crazy idea)

Fast Forward to 2012
100mg of Seroquel switched to Thorazine
Lithium
to Nothing but now I feel like I need something

Yup, pretty normal. Skin crawling, feeling loopy. Just always remember what the ultimate goal is and that it CAN be done! Deep breathes and small breaks to gather strength in the brain when needed. Good luck!

Aaric, just take your time, you body WILL readjust to the drops.. it just takes time. use the search tool on this board, you will be able to find all of your symptoms there.

Hang in there aaric, go slow, deep breaths, walking really helped me a lot. Remember the ol' "light at the end of the tunnel" approach. You will make it through. John
