Wow, this is a good question. Maybe one of the nurses can answer, or somebody who's been on a series of meds.

I would only advise you to taper the Paxil first, then the trazadone.

Am very glad to hear of your recovery from benzos. If you survived that, you can survive a slow wean off Paxil. Emphasis on "slow"!

Adverse reaction to Lexapro led to Paxil, 10 months use, 2005. One month taper.
