Has this ever happened...

when you meet someone that is either on paxil or has taken it or is trying to stop using it and you mention several of the "typical" symptoms, zaps, anxiety, ringing in the ears, ect. ect. and they give you this look like you are able to read their mind. This has happened to me three times in the last two weeks. Today I was entertaining a client for a late lunch when I noticed our server (a young lady) spending an inordinate amount of time trying to level three tables. I jokingly said " you need a level to get those completely level."
She then made a comment about how it feeds her OCD. Well that opened up a conversation that eventually lead to her professing that she had been on Paxil for 12 years. She has tried to quit and found the same issues many of us encountered.

I would like to start a local AD support group but I know there are potential problems. I am willing to take that chance. I wouldn't advise anyone to quit AD's or that all physc stuff is evil. Any input would be appreciated. I have a place and am working on a structure.

Thanks Much,

Aaron

Altostrata started a group in her area. She'd be the perfect person to PM regarding this. She also started a thread when she first started doing it.
