Difficulty to obtain mix of Magnesium taurate and Magnesium glycinate.
http://george-eby-research.com/html/...n-anxiety.html
good link about magnesium deficency (long read) and the best form of magnesium is a mix of taurate and glycinate. I wish I could obtain it here in Sweden, but do anyone know a good EU or US brand that contains both in best concentration?

I've never heard about using a "mix" of the two. Don't dwell on the minutiae of this. Magnesium is magnesium, just binded differently with the two forms.

Okay. I wonder what the others do in the body when released from Magnesium bond. Aspartate? Citrate? Oxide? ... Does the body take it up. I do not really understand. I read that something about Magnesium aspartate "not being good for depressed ones", ??? in the link I provided (extensive information about Magnesium, def. a good read!)

Re: Difficulty to obtain mix of Magnesium taurate and Magnesium glycinate.
I think that in this process it's easy to get into overevaluating everything. Magnesium is magnesium with different binders, depending on the type.
There is virtually no difference between taurate and glycinate. They are both readily absorbed, which is the only thing to think about.

I don't think I've seen either of those forms here (in NZ), I could only find magnesium citrate (and oxide but they don't recommend that form here).

Re: Difficulty to obtain mix of Magnesium taurate and Magnesium glycinate.
Taurate and Glycinate helps each other.
It is the most optimal mix with Magnesium. Anyways Magnesium citrate with taurine and glycinate as supplements can be something. It says about them in this link is beneficial.
