When your food says "I'll be back"
Has anyone experienced intense nausea in withdrawal? Was there anyhing that helped you to make it more bearable? Thanks for any ideas.

Re: When your food says "I'll be back"
I have at times. I have read that eating nuts every 2-3 hours can help, something to do with blood sugar levels.
Ive also heard that dramanine & bonnie can help with nausea, aswell as sea sickness patches or tablets. Motion sickness tablets too. Do you actually throw up or just feel nauseous?

I had it really bad in the mornings for about 6 months (along with horrible dry heaves). Soft peppermint candy helped me.

99% of the people here have. Ginger is very good for nausea and if you search, you'll find that's what many folks here have used.

Re: When your food says "I'll be back"
I still have nausea on occasion and sometimes the only thing that will knock it out is Zofran which is a prescription medication. Ginger is supposed to be a good anti nausea supplement and licorice, slippery elm sometimes works. I have taken DGL Plus a lot to help with my gastritis but when it is severe, only Zofran will get rid of it.

Re: When your food says "I'll be back"
I didn't have in withdrawal, but I had it really bad once when trying to start an ssri and with anxiety.
This was already mentioned, peppermint candies, candy canes helped a lot. I also used Gaviscon which is over the counter and seemed to help me , when tums and other things do not.
