How many of you have allergy problems?
I have allergy problems - always have. When I was 11 the doctors considered putting me in one of those bubble contraption things but my mom insisted that I learn to live with my allergies. A friend of mine realized today that her other friend that also suffers from paxil withdrawal also has horrible allergy problems. Is what we are going thru actually an allergic reaction? Sometimes when I have an allergic reaction to something my body actually craves the very thing it is allergic to when I stop eating it. It would explain why I gain weight when I'm on it - because when I eat tomatoes or add wheat into my diet I also gain weight just in my belly, like I'm pregnant, no place else, regardless of what I do to try to lose the weight. (Or is this nothing new to all of you - and I'm just catching on...) Not that this necessarily is ALL that it is... but couldn't it explain part of it? And explain why not everyone has the problem with paxil....

Hi,
I have various respiratory allergies, plus a mils one to shellfish. BUt my withdrawal problems have been mostly on the "mental" level, I havenīt felt any zaps, dizziness and physical problems (fortunately), except for the cold. Diana |

Thanks for responding. I'm allergic to shellfish too, by the way.
