4 months off!

Four months tomorrow! Every single day I give thanks that I am finally off this foul stuff!
So how am I doing? All told - great. Cry at the drop of a hat which is a bit of a pain but I figure par for the course and will improve with time. It is not exactly depression but I suspect it could become so if I wallowed around in it a bit. Anxiety levels are controllable but with the same kind of mental gymnastics.
Physically doing well too. Energy levels are back and the only remaining symptoms are the screaming tinnitus, numb feet and the pain in my arm. The only one of these that has improved over the last few months is the arm so I am also grateful that I can now raise it above my head (a big help while getting dressed). Perhaps one day the other two will get better.

Hang in there everyone - there is definitely light at the end of this very dark tunnel and it is SO worth it! Thinking of you all, sending prayers and good thoughts your way ........

Re: 4 months off!

Awesome--thanks so much for posting this! I'm around three months off and crying at the drop of a hat, too, and I love your attitude about not wallowing, which I'm afraid I've been guilty of doing a few times a week. I'll try to follow your example! I also feel so much energy than I did before, which is great. Hope your other lingering problems resolve very soon!

Thanks again,

Mackenzie
