Is this really withdrawl?

I have a question. I originally was put on Paxil for a pain condition that involves spasms of my entire intestinal tract (painful) and associated referred pain into other parts of my body.

Ok here I am 20 years later.......4th..now into 5th month into this problem and these problems have come roaring back. Esophagus was stretched, ulcer is on the mend- that pain is gone. But this spasm pain is taking hold.

Is this withdrawl??.....I had these problems before paxil. Interested in your experience here.
