cbt for dummies
I believe that the dummies serie is to much frawn upon. Ppl think its for nppl with no brain. I however find most of these books brilliant. Its written by someone best in their branch and its clearly explained. Also with this book. I am halve way so far (in dutch) and loving it.

I have this book. Good explanations. I like Dr Burn's "Feeling Good" book much better though. Its more thorough and has great excersises.
