CCHR is a Scientology organization. Their radical agenda and involvment in the ssri situation has diminished the response to anything that even hints that these drugs can be a problem.
Those who truly have responsible information are ignored and labeled Scientologists, which results in no action by the FDA or anyone that could potentially make a difference.
