Found Some Relief -- Thanks Beverly!

For the past two days my nerves were screaming....my body was either burning or I had severe pins and needles. Beverly suggested Epsom Salt. I was desperate last night so I tried it...immediately my body seemed hyped up from the hot bath but after a while, the horrible nerve feelings went away and today they are around a bit but have subsided some. I was so stressed yesterday b/c I thought I had permanent nerve damage but I guess this too shall pass. Also, I had the itchies pretty bad (to the point were I bled from scratching) and tried some cortisone and that worked too. It was so foreign to feel mentally and physically normal even if it was only for an hour or so.

Glad i could help Sage!
Only do it a couple times a week. it can be a little hard on your body. but its a great way to help detox...especially the skin!
remember cortisone is a steroid and hard on the liver and kidneys. so use it sparingly. (i used it extensively as a child)

hope you keep feeling better!

Thanks for the guidance..here I was blindly ready to slather on lots of cortisone and sit in an Epsom bath for the next 5 weeks...it is amazing how you truly need to challenge everything you put into and ONTO your body!
