Feedback needed on psychologist new prescribed natural stuf

Went to a old I used to go to (2y ago) and talked abit about my current problems (Seroxat usage and withdraw included).

Long story short I was advised to take the following natural medicament:
- Blue Omega (Omega-3)
- Prúmus Elixir
- Rescue Remedy (lame name btw) -> http://healing.about.com/cs/floweres...scueremedy.htm

Any feedback about these?

Cheers

omega 3 fish oils seem to help me with depression specifically...and maybe just keeping the head feeling clear. I think i need some today and i need to be more consistent with taking my fishies.

Rescue Remedy is GREAT! reallyhelps me with anxiety in crisis situations and we give it to our dog when she freaks out in thunderstorms. she is usually able to curl up and sleep it off. Bach's flower Remedy Cherry Plum is good for anger and aggression.
The bach remedies are very effective....subtle in feeling....but effective.

whats in the elixir???

im never hungry but i have a butt like a moose......go figure.
I have been really trying to force myself to eat breakfast and then i seem to eat lunch and dinner.
i seem to actually lose weight when i eat more.

whats in the elixir??
i would check specific ingredients....
If you really want to check if its good for you....muscle test yourself.
Stand up....legs together....bend forward and touch the ground...or go as far over as you can. MEASURE where you bend to. Then stand up....pick up the bottle of elixir....hold it to your chest and bend over again. Can you go as far?? If you can not bend as far...DO NOT TAKE IT. If its no problem bending as low....no problem to take it. Your body will tell you.
(take your paxil and try it and see what happens)

this is not the best way to muscle test...but it works.
for a better way you need a partner to test you.

Just got them today along with other prescribed (and I really need help about this one since it plays with serotin levels from what I could understand)

Its called "DEPSIRINA" (based in ROVIPREX)

**** just noticed on the box says it should be prescribed to people with anxiety problems and that are taking anti-depressives...wtf was my psicologist thinking by prescribing this... :X

I wouldn't take anything that messes with your seratonin while you're tapering. It has to find its own balance again.

Rui: It looks like its a flower essence. I only found one web site about it. Its in Spanish i think...maybe italian. try googleing it. then you can also translate the page.

but like scott said....i would not take anything that tweaks your serotonin.
