Womens problem: Thrush

got thrush and it very sore 'down there'.

the thrush cream is okay but it still stinging.

it my own fault wearing tight jogging bottoms.

anyway given my awareness of drugs now - i dont want to take the thrush tablet that you cna buy.

will a anti thrush pessary be okay to use? i dont want to make the thrush any worse.

thanks!

Re: Womens problem: Thrush

Hi Julie - I used to get this problem while still on paxil. Over here all they prescribe is the pessary and I did not have any problems with it. Hope you are feeling better soon ......

Re: Womens problem: Thrush

Yeast is awful.

There are a bunch of natural remedies for thrush that work. Gentian Violet is great but it stains, acidopholus / priobiotics, garlic, grapefruit seed extract is also supposed to help.

Thats just off the top of my head.

I tried plain sugar free yogurt and that helped me, but I do not know if it is safe to do or not.

If you look it up on the computer or go to a vitamin shoppe, they tend to have lots of answers.

Hope it gets better soon.
