I'm back and starting to taper again
Hi everyone. I've not been posting lately - been sick alot. Anyway, I'm feeling better and after much reading adn consultation with my counselor, began tapering my dose again today, 15mg to 12.5. I've been putting it off for fear of the side effects, especially the anxiety and self doubt, but have come to realize there is no way to get to where i want to go unless i buckle down and go through it. I've been working on anxiety coping skillslike realxation, accpetance of the physical symptoms, "floating" past the symptoms, not reacting to them, etc. I don't know if I'm really ready for this, but who ever is certain of anything?

tcl:
When did yuo try yuor last tapering...did yuo utilize this website (or others) while trying? It appears that you have the mind set for it, you have prepared your mind and you are in physical condition to go through it (based on your profile).... If at first you do not succeed try try again.... |

Re: I'm back and starting to taper again
GOOD LUCK. You can do it, just take your time! I am in the processes of trying to get back to "normal" after failing at my 3rd attempt to drop. When my symptoms level out I am going to try again too. I am really scared also, because the side effects are so bad. I think I 'm going to give myself a Break for a couple months and they try again.
