Just ordered The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook

I saw many posts about how good this workbook is. I can use all the help I can get right now. I know when I go see my Doctor on Thursday she is going to want to put me back on Paxil or something else of that nature. She is very much against xanax, she said it's very addictive. I sure hope this book helps.

Re: Just ordered The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook

xanax yeah but what about valium or klonopin? a small therapeutic dose wouldn't be too much trouble while you're adjusting with the ssri. You have to take charge of your treatment because they don't understand.. they only read biased material on it and how much time is really spent learning about it by the one giving you the drug? If you're mot taking magnesium, it may help you.

Re: Just ordered The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook

Hi there, friend!

You probably heard about it from me!!!!! It did wonders for me! I am panic free and learned how to stop them before they even start! I have also learned to accept it, deal, and move on...very important!

Let me know what you think about it and how it works for you!

That's so awesome that you took a step to get it! Great going!

Blessings,

Kathy

Re: Just ordered The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook

it's a good book, very in depth.. it's not easy dealing with drugs at the same time but it will help you.

ps.. i'm the overly happy guy on the wellbutrin commercial that plays about 5 times a day now.

Re: Just ordered The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook

as little as you can be on and have it help.. it depends on the person.. i wouldn't take more than 1/4mg at a time to see if it helps you.

Me neither Suze. Although there seems to be some discussion about advertising drugs etc here in Canada, I hope it won't go through. Sent an-email some time ago to the agency to voice my concern about it. Never heard anything back from them and deleted the email in error. Forgot the agency's name though. :-(
