Magnesium and Depression

Here's a link to the most informative site on Magnesium I've ever seen and what it can do to help all types of emotional illnesses. It's a VERY, VERY long article but really worth the read!!

Gina - nuts and seeds also help, particular raw almonds and walnuts. I noticed a big difference a week ago once I started to eat walnuts as well about 3-4 weeks ago!!

Re: Magnesium and Depression

I read some more of the article. Wow, thanks alot....the pieces are coming together now.

Kelp helps your thryroid work properly. If your thryroid doesnt get enough nutrients, maybe this is why I am so tired?

I am going to buy some kelp, I wonder if I can get kelp from food, or just a vitamin form.......probably just the pill form. I can't think of anything that would have kelp in it, except for kelp itself.

have a good day, thanks again, Gina

My thyroid was checked in March and it showed up as LOW. A second test was done last week, waiting for that result.

Cortisol also showed way off in March and the second test was done also last week.

See what the end result will be and I'll go to my naturopathic doc to see what she recommends.

Re: Magnesium and Depression

Thank you for this article. I just started taking magnesium last week. I'm excited! I'm also taking fish oil twice a day.

Re: Magnesium and Depression

Wow, thank you so much for posting this article. It has a lot of information and answered many of my questions. I have a better idea for a diet plan. I know what I can take naturally for headaches now. And I love the link to the online book you can read, titled, "66 Natural Ways to Cure Diseases."

It is so nice when we share and help each other get healthier!
