Paxil Withdrawal Guide now available in perfect bound softcover

We're very excited to announce that the Paxil Withdrawal Guide that was available last year as a saddle-stitched book and e-book, and which later became a FREE downloadable e-book, is now available as a high quality perfect bound softcover book, for $12.95.

You can order the book from our publisher Saga Books via PayPal.

We want this guide to be accessible to as many people as we can, which is why we're offering it as a free e-book, AND as a physical book you can purchase. We'd give the book away but we lack the funds to do so at this time. This should permit people with and without computers to have access to its content. We also have other resources available.

Your donations allow us to provide services like the message forum, IRC-chat and content like the Paxil Withdrawal Guide. If you'd like to help us continue and provide more, please use our handy PayPal donation page.

Hey wait! You're in the acknowledgments. I want to give you a gift copy silly. *boink*

People in the acknowledgments who are getting a gift copy from me (if you/they have the patience for me to order/receive some and forward on): Rita, Laurie, Shane, Julie, Elisa, Beverly, Michelle, Lisa, Lilly, Hope, Scott and Angela.

So yeah. If those of you on the list can't wait, go ahead and order on your own. But if you have some extra patience, I'll send you one eventually.

I wish I could as well... one of the first 'published' paxil withdrawal guides!

Darcy, I cannot express in words how excited I am for you. This book means so much to us here, it is precious, it saved my child's life....... literally!

I hope that many others get the opportunity to purchase a copy of this guide, there is not another book I hold so dearly and close to my heart

You are an amazing man Darcy!

Great Laurie!

I think Darcy needs to have a 'dicussion period' in the chat room with the members and talk about his writing the guide, let the new members get a chance to meet Darcy and know him a little, feel a little of the inspiration he resembles and to discuss the phrase 'freedom is in you......'

What do you all think?

Thats it exactly!

I also know when I was feeling down, frustrated, scared through Skye's process of withdrawal that he was able to give that light at the end of the tunnel, the inspiration I needed to continue etc., I would like some new members to feel a little of that as well.

Besides, it would be like chatting with friends..... everyone has time for that

nudge nudge, push push

We love you Darcy!

How cool Darcy! Thank you!!! It will have your personal signature in it right? I think that kind of chat would be great and would love to join in if you do. I guess I will keep an eye on this.

Thanks again Darcy!!!

9 months later took 10 mg Paxil and my Xanax w/d dissapeared. On 20 mg by end. Pooped out on me. C/T then restarted it again after 3 days and big blow up. 6 months taper, never feeling much better. 2 1/2 years solid w/d then sporadic stuff for 5 years.

Re: Paxil Withdrawal Guide now available in perfect bound softcover

I got my book today and just have to say it is great, even to someone not in w/d anymore it is helpfull. Been around since almost the beginning here, we had no guide because Darcy was withdrawing with us.

I think it's fantastic he is still doing things to help people and hope that when you are withdrawing or thinking of withdrawing, you get this book to help you along.

Thanks again for everything Darcy!

Re: Paxil Withdrawal Guide now available in perfect bound softcover

Yes, Darcy. Thank you. As you know I ordered several copies. They have gone to doctors, people going through or about to go through withdrawal, and to people who have relatives or they themselves are thinking of starting Paxil.

I as a human wouldn't feel right just letting someone start without letting them know the possibilities and I do not understand how the doctors and drug companies can do this to their patients without batting an eye.

You've given us something that we can share and save others from going through the hell we've been through.
