Last Dose!!
I just wanted to share with everyone that I took my LAST DOSE of paxil the day before yesterday and I'm feelin good! I started just doing the gradual decrease but the withdrawal got too intense, being that I had been on paxil for ten years. So I started doing the buffer method, and am now on 20mg of prozac...I just felt like sharing.

Hey Heather, way to go girl!! I hope this really works out well for you. Being flexible and mindful are, I think, really two of the keys to successful withdrawal.

I have heard that prozac has less withdrawal symptons. Good luck and remember that we are here for you!

Congrats!!! My cousin did the same thing and came off prozac no problem!!! Best of luck and keep us posted!
