I need to take coffee to fell half-alive

This is kinda sad but it seems to be the only thing that gives some kick, if I don't take it I just keep tired, down, sleep, felling weak and such..

dammm :/

obs: and we all know how good coffee can be for anxiety...

I already have a close relationship with them without it (one of the side-effects of my anxiety)

rms, I realize that meds can make you tired, but you know, stress is a HUGE factor in fatigue, and you have been under much stress with exams. Perhaps it is time to breath a bit and forget about these issues for now...... not forever, just take a break from it.

Re: I need to take coffee to fell half-alive

How about mixing some decaf with the regular coffee and see what dose would wake you up without the nasty side-effects that coffee can give?

Or..... pure dark chocolate, it's very healthy and yummy!!

RMS,

I unfortunately had to give up caffine whilst on Paxil. It made my heart leap into my mouth and I had the shakes.

I still don't have caffine...sometimes I do treat myself, but never the amount that I had in the past.

I find being caffine free a good thing and chocolate is a great substitute - dark chocolate! YUM....
