Thank You, Rob!

Thanks, Rob, for organizing the Paxil Protest. Although my withdrawal is from a different SSRI, it meant a lot to me (and I'm sure others, as well) to have our collective voices heard. For too long, our anger has been ignored. Although this was just a first step, hopefully the world will start to see the damage that SSRI's can cause. The people who will choose not to go on an SSRI because of the publicity from the protest owe you a thanks too. You rock!

1993 - end of 2001: Zoloft (75 mg)
2002 - 2003 (total of 11 months): Prozac + Buspar (to deal with the Zoloft withdrawal)
Off all drugs for a year going through withdrawal with no letup in symptoms, so in 2004 I (regrettably) went back on Zoloft to try a slower taper.
11/19/05 - Finally off again.
