To all the people at Paxil Progress who helped me make it this far. I just made another 2.5 mg cut and I'm elated. I woke up this morning after another horrible nightmare and I was as cranky as an old dog. My husband went in another room to practice for a concert to-night and I went in and started singing with him. It was just amazing, my mood changed and now I feel wonderful. Music makes my soul soar up to the angels.

I'll have to remember to keep playing music and singing. My mood swings at time are not good and other times I'm fine. Thank you all again, I don't know where I would be if it weren't for Paxil Progress.

Music was my daughter's best friend during withdrawal, she would listen to it however she stopped singing during this period.

These mood swings are not here forever Eileen, they will pass with time once completely off, it will only get better.

Thank you Rita, for all your encourgament.

I'm not going to let myself be afraid again. I'm surrounded by music people and only started to sing again when I started to come in here. I hope Skye is singing again.
I'm glad to hear that the mood swings will go away for I was never a moody person.

October 29/08-Paxil Free 2006-Cut Trazodone from 150mg to 100mg. Sept 07/09- Trazodone 75mg. Started this journey of horror with AD's in 1994, Put on Paxil 30 mg in Feb/1995 I will survive!

Went up to 15mg in Aug '05 Down to 10mg 1Nov '05 down to 5mg 23Nov '05 up to 7.5mg 1Dec '05 back down to 5mg 30Dec '05 down to 4mg 6Apr '06 back up to 7.5 mg 19Jun due to stresses
