Dar7726 or MizzBev would know about this one. I know that valerian root has been used by some here, the other ingrediants I have NO clue.

Re: anyone try seredyn

i bought both of the products.. right when i first went off Seredyn and Amoryn.
Amoryn made me crazy.. Seredyn seemed to be ok. Just made me sleepy.. then i read about how we should be careful with all that kind of stuff so i don't take it.

Re: anyone try seredyn

The valerian usually calmed me down for a dose or two, and then I seemed to become agitated on it. I felt calm, but wired at the same time. It was strange. It is a fact that some people have paradoxical reactions to the valerian. The other two ingredients I am not sure about.

Put on Paxil in 1996 for Post-partum depression. After 5th withdrawal attempt, went into severe debilitating withdrawal, restarted Paxil in the ER which didn't work anymore. Taken off again quickly by a shrink, started on Lexapro. Body rejected all drugs except benzos. Currently off all drugs. I'd say I'm recovered. Yeah, I'd say so.
