20 months off need reasuring

pax free since aug 21 /04,,
im still not me ,very foggy.dizzy,no interist in anything.

will this all pass by the 2-year mark. very hard to go on like this.
any one feel back to thierselv'es by 2-years, please help..any one this far along

I'm only at nine months but maybe I can help anyway.

Have you made any changes since quitting? Healthier diet, supplements, exercise? If not, think about some of those things.
