Slow but still progressing

Hi guys.

Not posted for a while now, bit checking in daily. My taper is going much better than expected, for now at least. While being on 15mg for a couple of months, felt quite stable, with acceptable sleep, increased concentration and actually enjoying a bit of life. Had a little wobble a couple of weeks ago while on a vacation. It was very hectic, rushing around to see all the sights in Rome, being on a limited time. On my return, things settled down once more.

I dropped to 10mg last weekend. I know, this is a big drop, but I do not have any liquid Paxil, so I just went for the big one. Feeling a bit jittery, but perfectly manageable. Luckily I have been offered a CBT course, which I have just started . Still taking my fish oils, Magnesium and keeping up with my Excerise and Yoga.

All being well, I will stay on the 10mg for a while, while I sort out the liquid Paxil with my doctor. From now on, I am hoping to drop by 1mg at a time.

I would never had taken on this challenge without all the support and info on this board. Thank you so much.

Will keep on posting my updates, as so many people's input have helped me no end.
