Re: feeling of unreality....

Deal with it as it comes, don't fear it, know that it is not forever and it will eventually leave. Hopefully this will ease up for you soon.

Re: feeling of unreality....

I call this feeling my "I now know how a ghost feels" phenomena. its gotta be the hardest part of this whole paxil and withdrawal thing.............nothing comes close and its one of the hardest things to describe to someone who has never experienced it. You are among friends here though...........thats the nice part..if there is a nice part I mean..........having people who know what its like. I dont know how long it lasts hon.................wouldnt it be great if we knew for certain when it would end.............*sigh*

Re: feeling of unreality....

You have to take it moment by moment, Paul. When you're in the thick of it, there seems to be no end. I know it's horrible, but it DOES end. There's no way to tell exactly how long it lasts because that varies from person to person. Try to stay optimistic by reminding yourself that it is a temporary situation. Hang on to the fact that you felt a little better today. As time passes, each day will be better and better. Time is the key.
