6 months off

6 months has gone pretty fast. There's been a ridiculous amount of symptoms coming & going but I'll just concentrate on the current ones & compare with last month:

Happiness - a little wobbly right now. I was probably better last month but I've had a few teary days recently. This may be down to nicotine withdrawal.
Motivation - still doing chores ok, lack of motivation to attempt anything too big but I'm ok with that.
Over-analysing - again, not as good as last month. I've started to berate myself for mistakes I've made. Guess this is a wake up call for me to re-start the work here.
Mood - not so much calm as last month. Anger & irritability recently. Again, probably down to nicotine withdrawal.
Physically - very very tired! Limbs feel exhausted & I can't stand up for long. Eczema much worse - especially on my feet & behind my ears. Other than that, physical health is good.
Routine - is being affected by tiredness but I'm still trying!
OCD - still there, will probably always be there, some days worse than others, but managable. This is better than last month.
Morning anxiety - actually, not every day now! Because I had accepted it as a given? Although, it was the only thing getting me out of bed in the morning, I'm lying in much more now & being late for work!
Communication - still not "with it". Getting strange looks cos my mind drifts off mid conversation & the person I've been talking to wants to know why I'm not listening. It's not deliberate, honest!
Energy - right now, zero. Same as last month then.
Dread - not so bad. I'm having fewer panicky thoughts and can relax a little more in situations I feel the need to escape from.

So, month 4 I said about 50%, month 5 50-80% & now I'd say around 60%. That's ok

Anyone else? Where are you Suze?

Re: 6 months off

Great news that you are finding improvement. It is a slow progress but well worth it!
