Any ideas or quick solutions for the zaps. I am already on the omegas and magnesium. Today however, the zaps are just killing me. I cant even see straight, im dizzy pretty bad. They just keep zapping me. My head feels like its going to spin off soon. Anyone have any ideas on a direct assult on these nasties that are close to putting me to bed for a few?
Thanks,

Re: Quick relief for the zaps?

I wish I knew of one. I'm not quite as bad as you describe, but I'm feeling the zaps to-day. One of the things I found was, if I didn't get enough rest, matters became worse. In the beginning I had to take a lot of naps and I think I need one now. It is pretty hard if you are working to go to bed in the afternoon. I'm heading for there right after lunch.

Re: Quick relief for the zaps?

On another website I read the other day, fish oil seems to be the one that helps the most with this. How much are you taking? The website I'm talking about recommended quite a bit a day. I've never had one single zap. Guess I'm one of the lucky one's. Although I'd behead you in a second, I haven't had a zap

Re: Quick relief for the zaps?

Time and sleep. In the beginning, nothing could stop them. But, after a few weeks, I could tell a huge difference if I was fatigued. Though I didn't like them, they never were too bothersome to me.

Re: Quick relief for the zaps?

Rest was the only thing that calmed the down for me. (shrug) No instant relief that I know of.

Re: Quick relief for the zaps?

Well,
I went home yesterday and crashed on the couch. You know those 1/2 sleep "jerks" you get while falling asleep? These were numerous and my whole body jerked. A good indication of how exhausted my head is. At any rate, sleep seemed to offset the vertigo and zaps. I still have them today though. GOD I HATE THE ZAPS!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Quick relief for the zaps?

I get that feeling like I'm falling... that goes along with the body jerks when you're falling asleep. Except they happen during the day. Hell I fell off my bike because of it the other day.

There is no relief for the zaps that I know of. I'd pay thousands for a cure.

That's about what they recommend. I'm taking 3400 mg a day.
