Not working after decreasing then goingg back?

Has anyone had luck with decreasing then feeling bad and going back to a high dose? I tapered from 40 to 30. I started back on 40 again on Monday. How long does it usually take to feel better? I feel like I am a zombie about to go crazy. Should I ask to take more than 40 or will I eventually feel better? Is five days at my normal dose (after being on 30 for 2 weeks) enough time to be expecting myself to feel better? I am in a vicous cycle of anxiety about not feeling better yet. Can anxiety cause feelings of disconnection and like you are going crazy?

I can take a few week to stablize again.. I wish I had better news. But valuable lesson learned here... 10mg drops are way to much.

Anxiety can make your feel disconnected with yourself. I suggest getting some books that might help you understand anxiety and teach some methods to get through the anxiety. I suggest the following: "Embracing The Fear" by Judith Bemis and Amr Barrada. And "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" by Edmund Bourne. I have found these to be super helpful.
