LMN Paxil Lawsuit Commercial

The Lifetime Movie Network aired a commercial over the weekend stating that the FDA has shown a potential link between Paxil use and a number deadly side-effects. The commercial asks anyone who has taken Paxil during pregnancy and had a baby with a heart defect, or the family members of anyone who has committed suicide related to Paxil use, to please call 1-800-816-6013 to discuss joining a potential national class action lawsuit. I haven't called to see how legit this is or the lawfirm behind it. Just thought I'd toss the info out there.

Yes, a few of us have seen this as well. I have also seen ads for a seroquel and diabetes lawsuit.

Re: LMN Paxil Lawsuit Commercial

I phoned them but they really are just taking hospitalization from suicide attempts, suicide, and post-Paxil birth defects.

Altostrata - I am trying to PM you, but this site is not allowing me to. I have posted a thread in the General Discussion Board called "Stabbing Depression once a month" and another member suggested that I get a hold of you. Could you come over there when you get the chance and read it? Thanks!!

-Carol

Sorry for interrupting the thread.
