Re: Uk Residents need to Act!

Here's a suggestion: Start an antidepressant withdrawal peer support group. When it gets good and going, invite a reporter.

A reporter is INVALUABLE in creating awareness!! You'd be amazed at how much more action you get on an email that is cc. to a reporter!!!!

2004 tapered Zoloft too quickly after sudden onset of muscle stiffness and extreme restlessness on full dose. Severe and prolonged WD problem with a long list of symptoms. Considerable mental but very little physical improvement so far. Last Zoloft dose April 18 2004.

I'm more than happy to do something, but haven't had the energy until now to feel that I could commit to anything, other than keeping myself at work and getting well again.

Let's talk about what we can do and get the show on the road

I have not been feeling too good or strong in the few weeks, but I would love to get involved in any way as soon as I get back on pace.

Re: Uk Residents need to Act!

Hmmm...this seems to be the prob at the mo. i too feel so angry, but totally crap, so unable to do anything without crying.
Have tried the UK site, but, for me i prefer talking to people further away. Now what does that say about me???
I feel so insecure that it just seems safer to go to a US site.
I feel bad about this..the flaw is in me..but i'm so frightened i would just sit and cry if met any of you fellow Brits.
Believe you me, I secretly would love to meet up...but scared.

Re: Uk Residents need to Act!

If you want to bring awareness...
Why not Print out some leaflets and find the nearest GSK production plant in your area...You could include the money bags memo and the lies that have been reported....
You could put all the info on a flyer and put them on the windscreens of every car in the companys car park... just a thought...
