please help..
it's me again.
i have the worst day ever. I already wrote that I have been feeling extremely depressed the last few days. Today I skipped work and tried to sort out some things and I just feel so hopeless that it's killing me. I feel anxious and can't even eat. I feel so hopeless and all my worries that my brain will never recover along with the worries about my overall situtaion combine to this monster! What is happening to me! I am scared that i will feel like this tomorrow again and I can't stand it to be like this for longer. I can't distract myself anymore. And I feel like no one can help me!! What could a doctor do? What do I need??? This is a major depression or something.. |

i am feeling exactly the same!I couldnt wright it better than you! Nothing really help me feeling better!Maybe just the time will help us!But its so hard to wait and to hope when you feel like this! Are you paxilfree? I am since 8 days up to 9mg,because of strong w/d.

03-05 --> start Paxil 10mg because of panic attack 06-05 --> down to 5mg 11-05 --> up to 10mg (panic attack or w/d) 12-05 --> up to 20mg 12-05 --> found paxilprogress start tapering again 12-05 --> 17.5mg 01-06 --> 15.5mg 03-06 --> 13.3mg 04-06 --> 11.6mg 05-06 --> 10.5mg 06-06 --> 9.5mg 07-06 --> 8.5mg 08-06 --> 7.6mg 09-06 --> 6.8mg 10-06 --> start to work 11-06 --> strong w/d symptoms 11-06 --> up to 8mg (started with liquid paxil) |
