thinking of starting action
What are my chances here in Australia?
What kind of lawyer should I see? Not sure if this is the path I want to take yet, as this kind of thing takes a lot of energy and committment - something I just don't have at the moment. Kelli

I don't know a thing about the legal system there but I would suggest speaking with a lawyer so you don't miss your chance. I would also suggest looking at a large firm with the resources to fight the battle.

Depending on what kind of treatment you got, you might be able to sue your doctor for malpractice.

i'm in Australia too! My doctor first gave me Aropax(paxil) when i was 17.
argh i'm mad and want action taken everyone who thinks Paxil is an okay drub |
