magnesium help
I have read so many times on here about magnesium...i have never tried it and i have a feeling it would really help me...i read the post on its miracles and i am thinking of trying the citrate one...i am going to sound silly but i am always afraid to try something new cause i am afraid i will have some reaction to it...i dont have any allergies to anything but being a big worry wart i just need reassurance..with w\d right now i am sapped of energy, tired, lightheaded, balance is off, moody...i just want to hear if anyone had any big problems and how much i should start at...Tammy

Re: magnesium help
if you're worried about starting it, start with 50mg and work up... it'll take a few weeks for your body to build on it so you may not notice anything right away. You can take as much as 8 or 900mg. I never took more than that but once i got the better citrate kind i never went above 600mg.. now i'm doing fine on just 400mg. You'll know if you're taking too much.

Re: magnesium help
I'm a convert to Magnesium...its helped me tremendously...I take the citrate kind as glycinate is really difficult to find here...but I take anywhere between 200 to 600 mgs and not every day either....mostly every other day now. I don't need it as much as I used to.
