foods that help with symptoms?
Have any of you found that certain foods seem to help with the withdrawal or "poop out" symptoms? I am really going to try to eat more fruits and vegetables - which I am hoping will make me feel better.

Re: foods that help with symptoms?
Lots of water helps. If you have a lot of tummy issues, the BRAT diet is always good (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast). Otherwise, eat healthfully, in moderation. Oh, and many have mentioned the benefits of just a little DARK chocolate for improving mood. It is very good for you!

It's funny, but that BRAT diet sounds so appealing to me, perhaps because the things you describe are among my favourite comfort foods!
