weary feeling
Was wondering if any of you get extremely weary, exhausted if you don't get a full 8 plus hrs sleep.
I find if I get any less than that a feeling of total exhaustion which makes it hard to function. Also really bad emotional upset. Also more prone to panic attacks. Yesterday I had this even on a full night sleep.. today i have it again and worse because of 4 hours of sleep.. Am starting a job tomorrow and am so soo scared i will have this exhaustion again and not be awake over there. |

I get exausted in anyway...
