things are getting worse :(

HI, I only took sargenor and it didnt do any good, on the contrary I woke up at night with a mild panic attack. I didnt take the anti vertigo pill. I dont know if I can handle the effects.

I'm 1,82m tall and I weigh 70kgs, If I continue eating like this (nothing) I'll disappear in a few months. I don't know what to do, Sorry for being a pain in the neck...

I agree with altostrata, I think I have some serious problems going on my autonomic system, once I have this for so long..

Laurie, Sargenor 5 is used for improving athletes' physical condition. My doc saw me so skinny, she thought it could help me on my appetite. I really don't think so.

I feel my head so weak and strange, I'm nauseous and I don't eat anything.

I don't want to gon paxil again, but It's becoming an option. I just canīt handle this.

Re: things are getting worse :(

Joanne, before this seroxat story I had severe stomach problems so I'm used to this. the problem now is that I'm freaking out due to my weight, I'm becoming invisible. Last year I lost weight but I gained it again after a while. I really hope this gets back to normal...

How've you been doing...

Re: things are getting worse :(

me too paul, the weight i think comes down to cortisol ect i know peeps with a disease called addisons is where they have high cortisol and they gain rapid weight with it,maybe a connection once off seroxat who knows, but honest hun it will settle down,a few others have experienced this so it must be part of withdrawal, and freaking out?? im the queen of that right now,and yep lets hope we all come through this and life gets back to living

Paul you are about 20kgs underweight. I am sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time of this. One thing I've noticed is that these "symptoms" come in waves..and manifest themselves in many ways.. its shows that your body is trying to adjust...we know that months 5 and 6 are the hardest.

Just try drinking liquids right now and maybe when you feel better cooked oats?

Hang in there, I'll talk to you this weekend.. your on my hotmail list..so whenever ..just sign in.

Regards, Johnny

paxilisnt4ever, it sounds to me like you have classic symptoms of anxiety. Understanding and preventing your anxiety will help you feel much better. Getting a handle on your anxiety can and will change your life!

Did it start yesterday after taking them or were you feeling like that before taking them?

Re: things are getting worse :(

Has fish oil ever been troublesome before?

Ask Scotty (PM her, she is so busy right now) about meds used for appetite. I know she has told me of a safe one in the past. I know some people here have safely taken gravol. Everything about the sangenor made me nervous.

Re: things are getting worse :(

I have read that dramamine helped alot of people here. I think that would be safe. It does make you tired. Stop taking the other just in case. I had used something called 'motion eze' I got at the health food store.

I think it may be a vicious circle. You feel sick and dizzy so you can't eat, then your body gets weaker and maybe extra dizzy. Travel sickness tablets quell nausea but do make you feel tired and have dry mouth. However, give me that any day compared with feeling this nauseous.

How do pregnant women manage to eat despite feeling sick? Isn't the trick to keep on having little bits of dry crackers and stuff so you have something in your stomach to stop you feeling so sick and kind of undoes the vicious circle?

Oh Paul. I hate to see you suffering so much. How about a thread entitled "Severe weight loss during withdrawal - any ideas?". I'll start it if you like - though would have to be honest and say not for me as I have piled weight on.

Anything we can do to help you here?

Yes, I found it on internet. Dramamine=Gravol=Vomidrine. All appear to be the same motion-sickness tablets but under various different brand names.

Oh, you do sound better. Hope the meds help and the nibbling dry crackers or anything you can fancy just to get food into your stomach, helps. Heck, if you don't feel better soon we will have to import you and feed you up with Yorkshire Puddings and stuff. Then you will get fat like us!!

We go on holiday for 2 weeks. There will be no internet so I will not be able to keep fussing - you will probably make a miraculous recovery!!!
