Thank you Samantha and everyone for your support, it really has helped.
My family doctor who I saw today totally downplayed the paxil withdrawal, made it like it was impossible to be having such bad symptoms when I'm taking only 7.5/10 and tapering so slowly, only going down 2.5 every few months. Anyway, Light, I did speak to a compounding pharmacist, thanks for the suggestion. he will be making the liquid form, and hopefully that will help.
