Re: Is this still considered w/d?

i cold turkied in 2002 lasted for 10 weeks and went back on,yes i felt better than cold turkey i was able to function again, but like typical withdrawal if i had a virus or took any meds i would have all the withdrawal back again in way of burning, jumping out of bed in a mad panic, heart racing, thoughts of being insane. So i would say yes its possible ,i think when you ressume an ssri it doesnt really mean that withdrawal is over,if it is it deffinately leaves your brain and nervous system very delicate.

Re: Is this still considered w/d?

I and others like me, started having withdrawal even on the drug and it continued even after upping. It's called poop out. You could just have reached your tolerance or be starting to reach it. My advice to anyone is to NEVER go back up once you go down, unless you went cold turkey and HAVE to. You should just start the slow, steady taper process now. Don't CT again for sure and never go back up from any dose from now on.

Ditto..great advice..yup it sounds like "poop out"..so yeah your brain and body have decided to start the withdrawal without your permission..actually its just that your body has simply adapted to the drug..the drug is no longer effective.
