Extreme Anxitey 7 months Later Is this normal
I have been off things for 7 months. Most things are better but still have some same symptoms. Morning Anxitey is the worse. Is this normal?

I'm also 7 1/2 months off and anxiety is getting better, but it was/is the worst symptom. I can manage the other... Just hang in there...

Morning anxiety is extremely common in withdrawal. Most people here have experienced it. Mine began at about 7 months after my last dose of Paxil.

The same with Remeron withdrawal, starting to get better during the 8th month. Magnesium helps a lot. !

Re: Extreme Anxitey 7 months Later Is this normal
I am 15 months off and have battled anxiety a LOT. Magnesium helps me but I can only take about 125 mg because it gives me bad stomach. I have to really concentrate when I feel it coming on. I get butterflies in the stomach and a heat flash. It really makes me mad. Frustrating as hell. I often wonder if it will always be with me. It started about 5 months off with me.

Re: Extreme Anxitey 7 months Later Is this normal
Yes, it's normal to still have anxiety at 7 months off. I still have morning anxiety and I've been off 2 years. I KNOW this is still withdrawal as I never had this problem before Paxil ... I slept like a log and nothing could wake me up. Now I wake every morning at the crack of dawn, feeling worried and nervous for no reason. But it has gotten a lot better since the early days.

the 6-7 month mark an be particularily bad. Morning anxiety can be intense - almost like pressure on your chest. It is completely normal and will pass eventualy.
