Does anxiety go away ?

Hello everybody. I was doing fairly ok until a few days after getting to 5mg. the problem is that anxiety does not go away as it did in other drops. A few days after the previous drops anxiety went up but it did go away as now it seems to be wanting to stay. I also I have a melancholic perspective of my life, reviewing old memories and havin thoughts of peolpe and things that i thought were buried in time but they seem to surface as if they happened not years ago, but recently !. Why on earth is it that the closer you are to 0mg the harder it gets, what is the explanation for this ??? Thanks, thanks a lot.

Re: Does anxiety go away ?

Everyone is different. For some, the lower drops are the easiest, not so much for others.

Best thing you can do is up any supplements you're taking. Also, a 10% drop from 7.5 would be 6.75 mgs., you went to 5 mgs, that's about a 33% drop.

If you're doing liquid, it's really important you stick to 10% drops, or as close as possible, at these lower doses.

Less paxil in the system PLUS a liver pathway that is slowly opening up again(previously slowed by paxil), so metabolism of that lower amount is being cleared faster.

Re: Does anxiety go away ?

Thanks Laurie C. and Laurie i hope this goes away because it quite hard. I will up mis supplements doses, mag and fish oil. Where I am there is no liquid paxil available and only 20mg pills so 2.5mg. in each drop is the only way but maybe I will resume my search for a compounding pharmacy which i had given up, at least for the drops under 5mg. There must be a way.
