Just wanted to say that the magnesium and the oil capsules have helped alot. Not really sweating as much unless at work which is in the heat. Went for a walk this morning and felt better afterward. Drank alot of water. Immodium worked. Took two last night. Seems like I either go too much or not at all and get into trouble. Getting old.
