trouble with stairs

I am having trouble with vertigo when I go up or down stairs. It might be because I look at my feet instead of looking ahead but I have to or I am afraid that I will fall. It is almost like my depth perception is "off" and I can't tell where the next step is. very annoying

Re: trouble with stairs

Scotia - my depth perception was off for quite a while. I still get that annoying symptom every now and then..........but is very infrequent now.

Focus your attention on the here and now. Recognize it for what it is: the one moment of the only life you will ever have that you truly possess. Rare is the individual who has come to completely accept that the past is no more than a memory and the future an assumption about unborn events.
