Can I take Magnesium with these?

I take 40mg of paxil, prilosec, omega 3 fish oil, and am on Augmentin for 10 days for a sinus infection. Is the mag okay with the augmentin?

Anaya's nana said to take magnesium glycinate or citrate. I just saw this after I purchased a magnesium chloride calcium combo. Is this okay?

i have not seen that one..i take the citrate ..it helps me sleep!

Magnesium citrate is the best..and remember to look for the "best " quality..it DOES make a difference.

A mix of magnesium and calcium isn't the best way to take mag. The calcium tends to bind the magnesium so it isn't as effective.

Remember, start out slow too. You don't want tummy distress.
