Re: anyone else on 5mg?

Evelyn,

At the bottom of the post is a lil white thingie.. then turns into a "quick post" (quote, multiquote, white thingie ).

Wanted to ask you how is your sleep? This week has been horrible and it takes an hour or two to get to sleep. Last night i woke up at 4am and couldn't fall back to sleep. I'm so used to requiring alot of sleep and now i suddenly don't/can't. Want to pick up that tart cherry stuff that i heard works on here.

Strangely enough my intense anger for bf has subsided. Basically was exploding at him for anything that bothered me for 2 weeks straight and avoided him like the plague. But things calmed down .

Always seems like a trade off......so now sleep is weird lol.. Always full of surprises! Not sure what i prefer....hating bf or sleep deprivation.

On a more positive note, i am losing a drop of weight, feel less exhausted all the time and a bit less foggy brained.

I think what may happen after paxil with relationships is what it was prior to paxil. Instead of letting things go probably facing difficulties and actually having an opinion, feeling hurt when your supposed to. I think it wasn't so normal being so agreeable and numb anyway.

tc and feel good
Jill

Re: anyone else on 5mg?

Hi Jill,
Not getting a good night sleep has a way of bringing out intense anger the next day (:for me today). I didn't sleep well last night and the night before,( getting Physio on my shoulder).
Well this morning just the thought alone about If or If not my husband will take the day off of work to help take our Daughter to the airport in DEC !!!!! Ya Dec is quite far away and I'm thinking this. The thought that he wouldn't boiled up a sense of rage. I haven't even asked him yet!!!!!. And I know that he most likely will. But because in the past he was self-centered my feelings went straight to anger. I couldn't believe that I felt this much rage with this one thought.......

You're right about paxil and relationships with what was prior. I will see.
needing sleep myself at this point.
tc
Evelyn.

Re: anyone else on 5mg?

As my dose is getting lower I am finding it harder to get to sleep too. Before I used to feel sleepy as the evening wore on, but now I don't any more. I think this is what I used to be like before paxil, I was always a bit of a night owl who found it hard to go to bed early.
