Be thankful you are working. I feel like a big LOSER because I haven't felt well enough to work.

Jeanie, you're NOT a loser! Getting healthy is the most important thing you can do! There's plenty of time for a job. Besides, jobs ain't all they're cracked up to be!!

Re: bored at work again

I have to work - its not a choice. There have been days where I have gone to the bathroom to puke my guts out or I have been so dizzy that I couldn't drive home. We have so much debt that I am basically working to make payments on crap that we didn't need in the first place. Which is one of the things that I am trying to change about me and my family - we have a tough time distinguishing between a want and a need. But I promise you, as soon as my mess is over and we get some of this stuff paid for - then this chick is going to take a year off !

Jeanie - you are NOT a loser! Repeat that to yourself every single day. You need to get well..........would you feel like a loser if you couldn't work because you had cancer???? Heck no. Getting well is your priority. Period.

And, repeat after me: I AM NOT A LOSER!!!!!!!!

Focus your attention on the here and now. Recognize it for what it is: the one moment of the only life you will ever have that you truly possess. Rare is the individual who has come to completely accept that the past is no more than a memory and the future an assumption about unborn events.

Re: bored at work again

I know, I spent ALOT of money while on Paxil, and never once thinking of the consequences.
I thought it would be a good idea from me to get a job for the holidays. I went the first day, and on my lunch break walked down to Target and did my BP on the machine and my pulse was 98! I finished the day out and then quit. My pulse is usually around 78. I guess I was getting stressed out and didn't even realize it.
I haven't had a full time job in about 4 yrs.
